Our Ethos

At Château La Coste, every bottle begins with a place—Provence and the Andes—two landscapes of remarkable purity, each shaped by nature, culture, and the quiet patience of time. Our philosophy is simple: respect the land, honour craftsmanship, and allow art and agriculture to inspire one another.

Both vineyards are farmed organically, with biodynamic principles guiding the vitality of the soils and the balance of each ecosystem. Every vineyard parcel is cultivated, harvested, and vinified separately, allowing us to honour the individual character of each plot—from the limestone terraces of Provence to the high-altitude soils of the Andes. Precision, patience, and minimal intervention define our winemaking approach, ensuring purity of fruit and an authentic expression of terroir. Just as art and architecture are thoughtfully integrated into the landscapes of both estates—creating a dialogue between sculpture, space, and the natural world—our wines are crafted to reflect this same harmony. Across continents and climates, the philosophy remains one: estate-grown fruit, meticulous attention to detail, and a belief that great wine is a meeting of land, craft, and art.
