Château Rosé is the signature expression of our Provençal estate - fresh, elegant, and finely textured. Crafted from organically and biodynamically grown fruit, it captures the purity of our terroir and the perfect balance between nature and winemaking.

WINEMAKING

Mainly hand-harvested selected parcels undergo direct pressing (partly in whole bunches), with fermentation at low temperature to preserve purity. The wine is then matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for added depth.

TASTING NOTES:
A delicate pale salmon hue in the glass. Aromas of white peach and pear, lifted by subtle red fruit notes. On the palate, minerality and fullness combine seamlessly, delivering both elegance and expression. The finish is long, fresh, and refined.

Grenache / Syrah / Cabernet Sauvignon
