WINEMAKING
Made from organic wines grown on our estate the heart of Provence, NOOH Rosé offers unadulterated pleasure. The alcohol is gently removed vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This careful method preserves the wine’s aromatic integrity and delicate balance, ensuring the purest expression of flavour remains intact.

TASTING NOTES
Pale, brilliant pink with delicate salmon hues. Aromas of bright citrus are followed by expressive red fruits on the palate - cherry, strawberry, and redcurrant. The finish is crisp, elegant, and persistent.
