WINEMAKING
Made from organic wines grown on our estate the heart of Provence, NOOH Blanc Sparkling delivers the pleasure of fine wine - without the alcohol. The alcohol is gently removed vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This technique preserves the wine’s natural aromas, freshness, and delicate structure, ensuring purity and elegance in every glass.

TASTING
A gentle yellow hue with silver reflections. The nose is expressive with fresh, fruity notes of white flowers, pear, and crisp Granny Smith apple, lifted by a touch of citrus zest -especially lemon - adding brightness and energy. On the palate, flavours are lively and refreshing, with fine, persistent bubbles creating a delicate effervescence.
