WINEMAKING
Made from organic wines grown on our estate the heart of Provence, NOOH Rosé Sparkling delivers the pleasure of fine wine - without the alcohol. The alcohol is gently removed vacuum distillation - an evaporation process carried out at a maximum of 35-40°C. This technique preserves the wine’s natural aromas, freshness, and delicate structure, ensuring purity and elegance in every glass.

TASTING
Pale, brilliant pink with delicate salmon hues. The nose opens with bright citrus notes, followed by expressive aromas of red fruits - cherry, strawberry, and redcurrant. On the palate, fine and creamy bubbles create a round, refreshing texture, balanced by lively acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. The finish is crisp, elegant, and persistent.
